You can skip adding egg yolks and make this recipe only with egg whites Line and grease the baking tray Add batter like shown in the video I made 10 breads from this recipe in two batches, however, it's recommended to make them in a single batch Bake at 150 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes Leftover bread Let them cool completely Release the bread gently Nicely baked Have it with low fat jam (recipe is in the description box) Or just drizzle some maple syrup or honey on top and enjoy!
